US Size 7 (4.5 mm) circular needles, minimum 8” or 16” or cord.

One Size: 17.68” /44 cm un-stretched, 20-22”/ 51-56 cm stretched

Gauge

24 stitches x 29 rounds = 4 x 4”/10 x 10 cm in pattern for hat with larger needles.
